Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          GCC 3.4.4 
OS:                Linux

When: I try to 'Add Feed' http://www.cs.cornell.edu/~maksim/blog/ it says it cannot find the feed. 
Expected: It should find the feed http://www.cs.cornell.edu/~maksim/blog/blog.rss
Outputs: Feed not found from http://www.cs.cornell.edu/%7Emaksim/blog/blog.rss

Well, that's because there's no link tag in head which points to the file. You should bug Maksim about this...
