it is also not possible to download a folder from http:// http://public.planetmirror.com/pub/slackware/slackware-current/source/kde/ Even if KGet bug list is bi, please check before reporting an already reported bug. There is no "folder" concept in http, all you can get is a file by requesting a URL. A folder listing in the webbrowser is nothing but an html-file with links inside. Maybe it should pop up the "List all Links" window to allow the user to select all files to be downloaded. If the protocol supports listing of directories, kget should allow recursive downloading.
