I just deleted a message which had the title "<p>xy</p>", properyl escaped as "lt;p&gt;..". In the list view it was displayed correctly but it the popup that asked whether I really want to delete it, the xmll entities where displayed.

This bug has been fixed in KDE 3.4. Perhaps you should consider updating your system. ;-)
