Description Robert Schouwenburg 2005-06-07 23:10:59 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.4.0)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: gcc 3.3.5
OS: Linux

My configuration is to use a net-resource configured in "KDE resources" for my addressbook as the default resource.

When I create a new contact with kmail and kaddressbook open and I close addressbook the new contact is saved to the file. But when I close kmail the contact is gone.

I guess kmail loads the file through the net-resource and saves it again on close. The changes in between open and close of kmail in the addressbook resource are not picked up and the file is overwritten on close.

It's obviously not related to kio remote:/ =)
