Description Eckhart Wörner 2005-05-14 23:37:29 UTC
Version: 1.0 (using KDE 3.4.0, Debian Package 4:3.4.0-0ubuntu3.1 (3.1))
Compiler: gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-8ubuntu2)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.10-5-386

When entering the URL of an HTML page into the "Add feed" dialog, Akregator tries to get the feed URL from <link rel="alternate" /> tags from that page.
E.g. when you enter "wwww.slashdot.org", it finds http://slashdot.org/index.rss.

The problem is that it always takes the first feed on that HTML page. Negative example is www.mozilla.org. There are 3 feeds linked from that page, Akregator always chooses the first one. Instead, Akregator should show a selection of which feeds to add.

Maybe we could use (hopefully) upcoming import/export base as a base for this too?
