Description Dr. Franz Nachbar 2005-05-09 09:33:50 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.0)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
OS: Linux

After Upgrading from Suse 9.1. to 9.2 notes in Knotes are no longer saved after terminating the user´s session. After restart, notes created are not shown neither under the knotes icon nor in Kontact/survey or notes. However, there are all entries of the notes made in the directory /home/<user>/.kde/share/apps/knotes/notes. Has anybody an idea to resolve this problem (please regard for any advice I´m a Linux greenhorn) Thank´s a lot.

Franz Nachbar

Comment 2 Michael Brade 2005-05-14 20:33:29 UTC
Can you please check if notes are saved when you quit KNotes manually using
the right mouse button the system tray KNotes icon and choosing quit from
the menu?

Thanks,
 Michael

This is probably a duplicate of Bug#90744...
Comment 4 Michael Brade 2005-05-17 13:18:51 UTC
Oh, you're right! Thanks, I thought I had fixed it for 3.3.0 already.
As a developer you loose the plot regarding releases so easily ;)
