Description Natalie 2005-03-20 10:01:08 UTC
Version: KOffice 1.3.5 (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)

Most of the time the instructions are something like "you can ...",
"first you must ..."
On several occasions however, the sentence reads "the user ...".

In kword_fundimentals.po (fundimentals,docbook:79) there are even
sentences like:
When a user sits down to write a document, they already
have an idea of what the final product will look like.

Wouldn't it be better to keep one style throughout the entire doc?
That is one of the things almost all style guides agree about.

In the dutch translation I use sentences like "you can ..." only.
