Version: 1.0 (using KDE 3.4.0, compiled sources)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.2 20030222 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.2-5)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.26-01-NeTraverse-i686-SMP-64GB

I have a lot of old articles in Akregator. Large number of this articles was real problem of open Akregator - it was started for a long time. But after upgrade to KDE 3.4.0 I found delete selected article and archive option. Well, I set up delete articles older than 1 day. But archive option doesn't work at all! Where option "Archive now" and "Delete all articles" in menu?

The expiration settings take effect after restart, have you restarted Akregator? To disable archiving completely for a feed, choose "disable archiving" in the feed settings.

Sure! I even restart KDE! No articles were deleted :(

Please, add option for manual delete and archive all articles in current feed!

Oh! Sorry! All articles in specified feeds were deleted on exit. But these two option are needed.

"Delete all articles" is an action that can have consequences you don't want, so this should at least propt a dialogue where you have to confirm that. I however doubt this is needed anyway.

"Delete expired articles" is an option that does no harm, it only deletes articles that would have been deleted anyway, so this should get implemented.

"Delete all articles" can be done easily now using multiselection.
I don't think we need a special entry "Delete expired articles" as this is done at startup and once per hour. If that doesn't work properly for whatever reason, an action in the menu wouldn't help either.
