Version:           1.3.2 (using KDE 3.3.2,  (3.1))
Compiler:          gcc version 3.3.5 (Debian 1:3.3.5-6)
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.4.27

After a certain amount of activities, some labels will not show on the designated position near the line. They appear on the top of the sheet. If I move it to the right place, save all and switch into another sheet, then back, the labels are shown back on top.

I can't recreate this and I can move the labels to the correct place and they are saved and loaded correctly in current SVN version.
