I'm typing up a latex document ~100 pages. I also have kpdf opened up simultaneously, because it has the
feature of refreshing/reloading the document whenever the .pdf file gets modified.

It seems that each time I recompile my latex document to generate the pdf, the file gets reloaded without problems, but
each "reload" seems to eat more memory. Initially I would have 216MB of free memory. After
a few "refreshes", it eats everything up down to 1MB of free memory.

As soon as I close kpdf and open up the document again, the
memory gets restored back without problems.

I've tried entering a bug with the same summary as yours and the 4th result of "Check for Duplicate Bug Reports" page is "Leaking memory when watching a file", you should have seen it and know your bug is a duplicate.

Please next time have a better look at what "Check for Duplicate Bug Reports" page says, it saves my and your time if the bug you report already exists.
