Version: 2.0.1 (using KDE 4.2.90) Installed from: Ubuntu Packages I've just gave kspread a try and it appears it isn't possible to select a range of cells with the mouse. When I press shift and click on an adjacent cell, kspread only selects the newly clicked cell instead of selecting a range.
As an update, while it is possible to select a range of cells through the click+drag method, it isn't possible to select cells through the shift+click method. As it is possible to displace cell contents through the first method, this problem ends up being very annoying.
Confirmed.
SVN commit 1021708 by clicea: It turns out there's a better way to handle it that also gets rid of the bug. CCBUG:198666 M +1 -2 CellToolBase.cpp WebSVN link: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=1021708
