Version: 2.0 alpha-8 (using 4.00.83 (KDE 4.0.83 (KDE 4.1 Beta2), compiled sources) Compiler: gcc-4.3 OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25-2-486 Looks similar to Bug 123673 but you closed it with resolved/fixed. KOffice rev. 822844 Testcase : - New image - Select the Freehand tool, draw something - Krita creates a "Flake Shapes" layer (while I supposed it would use the selected layer) - Delete all the layers => The freehand drawing wasn't deleted. - Create a new layer, draw anything => The remains of the previously deleted layer disappear.
(note: that's not related to the freehand tool, it's reproducible with any of them)
Are you using Alpha8 or did you compiled from svn ? Sounds related to 162877 which was fixed/closed after Alpha8.
Cyrille : KOffice rev. 822844 :) (krop on IRC btw)
This is purely a visual thing. The projection is even recomposited correctly, but somehow the display isn't redrawn.
SVN commit 828300 by langkamp: fixed canvas update on layer->remove, remove from the layer box is still broken CCBUG:164619 M +5 -2 kis_layer_manager.cc WebSVN link: http://websvn.kde.org/?view=rev&revision=828300
This bug is fixed now. But because of Bug 166388 it might appears that the shapes are not deleted.
