Reproduce;
1. Define cellformat "Time Format" with "10:35 AM"
2. Put into the cell something like "7:30 AM"
3. The input got recognized as text rather then as valid time.

Expected;
Input like "7:30 AM" should be interpreted as correct time values (at least if
the matching formatting was defined).
