When i choose "select all" and copy, Kword crashes.I can select a passage (less than one page) and copy this part, then Kword doesn't crash.Some help would be really nice, because it's my thesis i want to put into an OpenOfficeDocument! "Copy" uses the OpenDocument format internally, so it really looks like it's the OpenDocument saving code that is crashign for you. That is surprising. Can you get a backtrace (e.g. run kword in gdb)? Also, can you save the document to .kwd so that we can open it and try saving to .odt ourselves, in the odd chance that it crashes for us too? David.

() I am additionally having a similar problem with selecting text that contains footnotes, reported as bug #132565. This may be related.

The crash is fixed now and the fix will be part of KOffice 1.6 beta1/final. A lot of thanks for the feedback + the testcase!
