Fixed in ktouch.cpp, now uses "Monospace" as default. Fixed in src/ktouchprefgenerallayout.ui, uses "Monospace" as default. Fixed in src/ktouchlectureeditor_dlg.ui, uses "Monospace" as default for font selection dialog. Also changed the configuration kcfg file and removed all default font suggestions from the lecture files. Closing bug.
